i got one for me and my boyfriend, we're sooooo obsessed with them!! the filling is rice and when you squeeze down on it a little it makes a good crunchy sound :)

This worry pet is perfect for people with anxiety and I'm so happy that I got it for myself. It feels and fits perfect in the hand and the rice filling has a very soothing effect. It can also be used as a fidget. I'm very happy that Mirthe designed these awesome worry pets. Can't thank you enough! It also arrived very quick :)
