Amethyst has protective and cleansing properties. It stimulates the growth of your intuition. It helps against worrying, which in turn helps against e.g. insomnia. Amethyst calms these annoying thoughts and helps you to let them go. It helps you to look at yourself without judgement. It improves your self insight, which improves your self confidence.
