Hematite reduces worries and stress and is very good in absorbing these kinds of negative energies. It is a grounding, cleansing stone which helps you to keep both feet on the ground. It improves your concentration, memory, self-confidence and willpower. Hematite can also absorb the energies of other stones to cleanse them.
