Desert rose is a grounding stone. Just like other forms of selenite, desert rose has cleansing, calming, protecting and insightful properties. Desert rose removes blocked energies and negativity from your body. It forces you to move forward in life and makes sure you don’t stand still for too long. It helps you let go of old thought and behavior patterns.
